The service
Premium Pest Control SaaS provides pest-control operations software, including CRM, scheduling and dispatch, field reporting, billing, a customer portal, an API, and reporting. Available features depend on your plan and configuration.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping access credentials secure. Activity within your workspace is your responsibility.
Billing
Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. Plan prices, trials, and renewals are managed in Stripe, which remains the source of truth for paid plans and invoices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces' data, disrupt operations, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an as-available basis and may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties, and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
